A third defendant pleaded guilty today for his role in the death of an Iron Range man murdered at the request of his girlfriend. 39-year-old John Isham of Virginia admitted to aiding an offender and obstructing the investigation of the April 2014 stabbing death of 28-year-old Harley Jacka. 21-year-old Janessa Peters of Eveleth and 41-year-old Bartholamy Drift of Virginia both pleaded guilty earlier to second-degree murder. A fourth defendant, Anthony Isham, is charged with first-degree murder and has a court hearing Tuesday.
