Timberwolves notes
Player Notes
• Anthony Edwards led the Timberwolves tonight with a game-high 32 points on 13-of-20 shooting, including 4-of-7 from three, and a game-high 11 rebounds, marking his 20th 30+ point game of the season (112th career) and his second points/rebounds double-double this year (29th career).
• Edwards’ performance tonight marks his first 30+ point/10+ rebound of the season (10th career) and his such game since April 1, 2025 in Denver (34 points and 10 rebounds). Following tonight’s game, he passes Tom Gugliotta (nine games) for the fifth-most such games in Timberwolves history.
• Appearing in his 400th career start, Edwards has now tallied 1,209 made three pointers, the third-most by a player through 400 career starts in NBA history, trailing only Buddy Hield (1,311) and Fred VanVleet (1,211).
• Donte DiVincenzo closed tonight’s game with 22 points on 7-of-19 shooting, including a game-high and season-high-tying 6-of-15 from deep, and seven rebounds, marking his sixth 20+ point game this season (44th career) and his fourth 20+ point/5+ rebound performance of the season (27th career).
• DiVincenzo shot 40.0% (6-of-15) from beyond the arc today, his ninth showing reaching 40.0+% on at least 10 three-point attempts this season (39th career), which is tied for the fifth-most such performances in the NBA this year.
Team Notes
• Minnesota grabbed 50 rebounds this evening, their 12th game totaling 50+ boards this season, tied for the fifth-most such games in the NBA.
• With 13 made three-pointers, the Wolves extended their now 52-game streak of hitting 10+ threes at home. This is the third-longest such streak in NBA history, with only the Cleveland Cavaliers (78 Games, Jan. 3, 2024 – Dec. 3, 2025) and the Boston Celtics (72 Games, March 1, 2024 – Present) ahead of them.
• The Timberwolves have now made 10+ threes in 55 consecutive games, dating back to their 19-of-39 shooting performance on March 28, 2025 against the Phoenix Suns. This ties the Houston Rockets’ 55-game run (Oct. 25, 2017 – Feb. 25, 2018) for the fifth-longest streak in NBA history.
