Hamline University political analyst David Schultz says President Obama’s endorsement helps Hillary Clinton somewhat, but Schultz says Clinton has to make the case herself to Bernie Sanders’ supporters. Schultz says his millennial students under the age of 30, “some of them describe Hillary Clinton as their grandmother’s candidate, as somebody who speaks to the past and really somebody whom they don’t feel like they can connect with.” Schultz says Clinton needs to talk a language and reach out to young people whom so far she “pretty much… has ignored.”
