A trial date on child porn charges is set for a former Madison, Wisconsin high school teacher who also faces charges in Minnesota. Thirty-seven-year-old David Kruchten was not in court Thursday, as a federal judge set a trial date of September 21. Attorneys for both the prosecution and Kruchten revealed more charges could be coming. Kruchten pleaded not guilty last month to seven counts of attempting to produce child pornography. The charges are separate from those filed in Minnesota earlier this month related to an incident during a December field trip to Minneapolis for Madison East High School’s business club, in which students found hidden cameras in their hotel rooms.
