President Trump has a Minnesota campaign stop scheduled for late Friday afternoon at the Rochester airport, three days after last night’s rally in nearby La Crosse, Wisconsin. Carleton College analyst Steven Schier notes Trump’s national campaign spokesman, talking about strategy last night on Fox, mentioned Minnesota three times in the space of about two minutes. Schier says, “I think Minnesota is up for grabs. I don’t think it’s quite clear how Minnesota will go. It’s a dead heat.”
There are unconfirmed rumors that Minnesota might also get a visit on Friday from Democratic candidate Joe Biden or running mate Kamala Harris.
