The Minnesota Twins announced today that 16 players on minor league contracts have been invited to major league spring training in 2025.
Joining the Twins in Fort Myers, Florida will be nine pitchers: right-handers Scott Blewett, Randy Dobnak, Ryan Jensen, Cory Lewis, Darren McCaughan, Andrew Morris, Alex Speas and Huascar Ynoa; and left-hander Anthony Misiewicz; two catchers: Alex Isola and Pat Winkel; four infielders: Armando Alvarez, Mike Ford, Luke Keaschall and Yunior Severino; and one utility player: Jeferson Morales.
Of the 16 players invited to camp, eight have major league service time: Armando Alvarez (Oakland), Scott Blewett (Kansas City and Minnesota), Randy Dobnak (Minnesota), Mike Ford (New York-AL, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Los Angeles-AL and Cincinnati), Darren McCaughan (Seattle, Miami and Cleveland), Anthony Misiewicz (Seattle, Kansas City, Arizona, Detroit and New York-AL), Alex Speas (Texas and Houston) and Huascar Ynoa (Atlanta).
