(Fort Myers, FL) — Minnesota’s Trevor Plouffe (PLOOF) smacked a three-run homer and drove in four as the Twins crushed the Baltimore Orioles in Fort Myers yesterday, 14-5. Joe Mauer plated a run, while Kennys Vargas had an R-B-I and scored twice. Starter Ricky Nolasco permitted three runs in three innings of work. The Twins play the Cardinals today in Jupiter before having an off day tomorrow.
