Twins Head To Boston After Sunday Rain Out

August 22, 2021 By kevin.falness@mnnradio.com

(New York, NY)  —  The Twins will have to wait to finish their series in New York as Hurricane Henri had other plans in mind.  After dropping the first three games in the series maybe that’s not such a bad thing for the Twins as they’ll take Monday off and try to regroup before facing the Red Sox for three straight starting Tuesday night.  The game against the Yankees has been rescheduled for Monday, September 13th at 1:05 P-M.

The Twins and Red Sox will play three straight in Boston starting Tuesday night.

The Twins will continue their trip out east with a stop in Boston for three straight starting Tuesday evening at Fenway.  The Twins have lost three straight thus far on the trip and have lost four of their last five overall.  Griffin Jax is scheduled to get the start in the first game with a 6:10 P-M first pitch.  The two teams will also square off with a 6:10 P-M first pitch on both Wednesday and Thursday as well.
