(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Twins held leads of 2-0 and 4-3, but could not hold off the Toronto Blue Jays, who rallied to win last night’s game at Target Field 7-4 in ten innings. The Jays scored three times in the tenth, including two runs on two separate wild pitches by Minnesota pitcher John Curtiss. Joe Mauer cracked his first home run of the year giving Minnesota a 1-0 lead in the first inning. Eddie Rosario’s homer in the sixth gave the Twins a 4-3 advantage. Former Twin Kendrys Morales homered twice in the game. His first inning single snapped an 0-for-21 streak for him. Minnesota has lost 11 of its last 12 games.
