The Minnesota Twins announced that they have returned left-handed pitcher Anthony Misiewicz from his rehab assignment and reinstated him from the 15-day Injured List.

Misiewicz, who has missed the last 60 games with left shoulder impingement, appeared in two games on rehab assignment for Triple-A St. Paul on September 19 and 21, pitching 1.2 scoreless innings with no hits, one walk and one strikeout. Prior to being placed on the IL in mid-July, the lefty appeared in four games for the Twins, allowing five runs on four hits in 4.1 innings pitched, with three walks and five strikeouts.

To make room for Misiewicz on the 28-man roster, the Twins optioned right-handed pitcher Pierson Ohl after last night’s game. Ohl appeared in 14 games (3 starts) for the Twins in 2025, going 0-3 with a 5.10 ERA (30.0 IP, 17 ER), seven walks and 27 strikeouts, including 2.0 shutout innings with three strikeouts in relief last night against the Phillies in Philadelphia.
