The Minnesota Twins announced that they have outrighted the following players off the 40-man roster: right-handed pitchers Thomas Hatch and Michael Tonkin, left-handed pitchers Génesis Cabrera and Anthony Misiewicz, and infielder Jose Miranda, making them all free agents.
Additionally, right-handed pitcher Cody Laweryson has been claimed off waivers by the Los Angeles Angels and Alan Roden (left thumb sprain) has been reinstated from the 60-day Injured List.
The Twins now have 33 players on their major league roster: 14 pitchers, two catchers, five infielders, eight outfielders and four utility players.
