Twins great Justin Morneau officially ended his baseball career Wednesday during a ceremony at Target Field. He’ll be a special assistant in the Twins baseball organizations. Morneau was the American League’s M-V-P in 2006 and was on track for a similar honor in 2010, but suffered a concussion which hampered his future career. Morneau, who’s 36 years old, said he was fortunate to live his dream every day.
