Felony charges have been filed against two men after a drug bust last Thursday in Duluth that’s the largest single seizure of fentanyl this year in Minnesota. 29-year-old Denzel Hale of Duluth and 35-year-old Raymond Bowser were arrested in an undercover operation that netted over 80 grams of fentanyl powder. State investigators say fentanyl is up to 100 times stronger than morphine, and the drugs confiscated had the potential to kill more than 26-thousand people.
