Two men are charged in the murder of a father of five from Duluth after the victim, 33-year-old Timothy Nelson, allegedly tried to rob one of them during a drug deal. Bail is set at 750 thousand dollars for 33-year-old Christopher Boder and for 38-year-old James Peterson. According to court documents, Nelson said he was “bored so he thought he would try to rob some random drug users.” At a court appearance today, Boder through his attorney “vehemently” denied the allegations and Peterson “disagreed” with some of the accusations.
