Two people are okay after their car partially broke through the ice on Lac Qui Parle Lake near Watson Thursday night. Emergency responders found the vehicle partly submerged with the two inside. Rescuers put on cold water suits, brought them to shore, and warmed them up at the scene. They didn’t have to go to the hospital.
