At the ribbon cutting ceremony today (Fri), Governor Mark Dayton said U-S Bank Stadium was built not only to help keep the Vikings in Minnesota but to create jobs, putting thousand of Minnesotans to work.  Former Vikings Chuck Foreman and Bob Lurtsema were on hand, as was legendary coach Bud Grant and current coach Mike Zimmer. Former Vice President Walter Mondale, Senator Al Franken and Mayor Betsy Hodges were among the political VIPs attending the ceremony.
