Thieves are busy stealing mailed packages off of customers’ doorsteps in Minnesota, and the U-S Postal Service is delivering this message about so-called “porch pirates”.
Pete Nowacki with the U-S Postal Service in Minnesota says if you’re not going to be home to receive your packages, check to see if you can have them delivered at work or at a trusted neighbor’s home. He says mail carriers do keep their eyes and ears open as they’re making deliveries, but customers also need to be vigilant.
