(Eagan, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings announced on Wednesday that veteran defensive back Harrison Smith is returning for a 14th season. The team announced that Smith and the Vikings agreed to a restructured contract. Smith has totaled 1117 career tackles, most in franchise history by a defensive back. He’s also recorded 37 interceptions in 191 starts and 192 games played. The six time Pro Bowler was drafted 29th overall by Minnesota in 2012. Wednesday the Vikings also made their free agent moves official as the new N-F-L year began at 3 P-M. That includes adding Ryan Kelly and Will Fries to the offensive line, Jonathan Allen and Javon Hargrave to the defensive line along with defensive backs Isaiah Rodgers and Tavierre Thomas.
