(Minneapolis, MN)  —  Minnesota kicker Greg Joseph drilled a 61-yard game-winning field goal as time expired to send the Vikings past the Giants 27-24 at U.S. Bank Stadium.  Paul Allen had the call of the game winning kick on KFAN in the Twin Cities:

The Vikings improved to 12-and-3 and remain as the second-seed behind Philadelphia in the N-F-C playoff race.  Kirk Cousins completed 34-of-48 passes for 299 yards and three touchdowns.  T.J. Hockenson caught 13 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns.  N-F-L leading receiver Justin Jefferson caught 12 passes for 133 yards and a touchdown.  He now has 1,756 yards this season to pass Randy Moss for the franchise record in single-season receiving yards.  The Giants failed to clinch a playoff spot with the loss and now fall to 8-6-and-1.  Daniel Jones passed for 334 yards, one touchdown and one interception.  Saquon Barkley totaled 84 yards and one touchdown on the ground.  A win over the Colts next week would clinch a playoff spot for New York.
