As part of the NFL’s international games series, the Minnesota Vikings will return to the United Kingdom in 2024, this time to host the New York Jets at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday, October 6. Kickoff is set for 8:30 a.m. CT.

One of five international NFL games in 2024, the Vikings-Jets matchup will mark Minnesota’s fourth London game in the last 12 seasons and the team’s second at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Vikings are 3-0 in regular season London games, most recently securing a win over the New Orleans Saints at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2022. The Vikings have played seven total international games – four exhibition and three regular season – and have recorded a perfect 7-0 record.

The Global Markets Program, which launched in January 2022, grants NFL clubs access to international markets for marketing, fan engagement and commercialization activations as part of an important, long-term strategic effort to enable clubs to build their brands globally while driving NFL fan growth beyond the United States. Currently, the Minnesota Vikings have international marketing rights in the United Kingdom and Canada.

The 2024 NFL season will feature five international games in three countries (England, Germany, Brazil), including the league’s first-ever regular-season game in South America. There have now been 38 NFL London Games played with all 32 NFL teams having participated in a London game. The UK fan base includes more than 14 million people with a combined Super Bowl audience of over four million.

Beginning in 2025, the NFL will have the right to schedule up to eight regular season games internationally per season. As part of the expansion to 17 regular-season games, it was determined that up to four of the teams from the conference eligible for a ninth regular season home game would instead be designated to play a neutral-site international game each year.
