The Minnesota Vikings (4-6) host the Carolina Panthers (4-7) with kickoff set for noon CT at U.S. Bank Stadium in what is the second of three consecutive home games for Minnesota.
The Vikings snapped a three-game win streak with a 31-28 loss vs. Dallas last week, while the Panthers snapped a five-game losing streak with a 20-0 win over Detroit in Week 11.
Vikings RB Dalvin Cook is coming off the most productive four-game stretch of his career, totaling 750 yards from scrimmage and seven total touchdowns over the last four weeks. Cook is second in the NFL rushing yards (1,069) and leads the NFL in rushing touchdowns (13) despite missing a game due to injury. Cook’s 14 total touchdowns already tie him for 10th in a single season in team history and sets a new personal career high, passing his mark of 13 total touchdowns last season.
LB Eric Kendricks, who has led the team in tackles for five consecutive seasons, is currently tied for sixth in the NFL with 94 total tackles through Week 11. LB Eric Wilson is the only player in the NFL with at least three interceptions and more than 1.0 sack. Wilson currently has a career-high 3.0 sacks on the season.
