Governor Tim Walz has appointed District Judge Gordon Moore from Worthington to the Minnesota Supreme Court to succeed retiring Associate Justice David Lillehaug. The governor says of Incoming Justice Moore, “Having been raised in Rochester, college-educated in Northfield, married in Mankato and employed in Worthington for the past 25 years, he is… truly a product of one Minnesota.”
Moore says, “I pledge to you, members of the judiciary and the state of Minnesota, to work hard with the goal of securing impartial justice for all Minnesotans.”
