“Warmed-over rhetoric” is what state G-O-P Chairman Keith Downey calls the counter-terrorism plan Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton laid out at the U-of-M Tuesday. Downey says he’s glad Clinton is finally talking about some things that Republicans have been talking about for a long time. “Whether or not she actually delivers on any of it I think is open to question,” he says. Downey says Homeland Security should be able to consider a person’s on-line comments when deciding whether to grant a visa.
