(Waseca, MN) — The Waseca teen who admitted he was planning to blow up his school has received a 10-year stayed prison sentence. 18-year-old John LaDue will also spend an unspecified amount of time at a secured autism spectrum disorder facility. Police found LaDue in April 2014 in a storage locker with bomb-making materials after a suspicious resident reported him. That night, LaDue told authorities of his plans to shoot his family, then go to school with pressure-cooker bombs, firearms and ammunition.
