Wild Cleared To Resume Team Activities

February 11, 2021 By kevin.falness@mnnradio.com

(St. Paul, MN)  —  For the first time since early February, the Wild are ready to return to the ice today in St. Paul.  February 2nd the Wild fell short to the Avalanche in Colorado and at that time, they had one player on the N-H-L’s Covid-19 protocol list.

Goaltender Cam Talbot and the Wild are scheduled to return to practice this morning at TRIA Rink in St. Paul

Shortly thereafter, there was a break out within the team as close to a dozen players tested positive and the N-H-L responded by shutting down the Wild for two weeks.  Today they’ll skate at TRIA Rink in St. Paul for the first time since being put on pause as they prepare to resume their schedule on Tuesday at Los Angeles.  At the time of the pause, the Wild were 6-5-0 through the seasons first 11 games.
