(St. Paul, MN)  —  The Minnesota Wild added five to their prospects pool over the weekend at the 2025 N-H-L Draft.  The Wild entered the draft with four picks but traded Declan Chisholm to the Capitals and gained a fourth round pick.  They also traded Freddy Gaudreau leading into the draft to Columbus to gain another fourth round pick.  In all, Minnesota got a second round pick, three selections in the fourth round and a fifth round pick.  The next step is free agency which opens July 1st.  The Wild are roughly $17 million under the salary cap.

Round 2:          Theodor Hallquisth, 52nd overall, defenseman

Round 4:          Adam Benak, 102nd overall, center

Round 4:          Lirim Amidovski, 121rd overall, forward

Round 4:          Carter Klippenstein, 123st overall, forward

Round 5:          Justin Kipkie, 141st overall, defenseman
