(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Wild hope some familiar faces from their past will help shake them from their early season slump. The Wild will hold its first 25th Anniversary Celebration Game tonight and former players Pierre-Marc
Bouchard, Marian Gaborik, Brian Rolston and Stephane Veilleux will attend the game. Fans who purchase a special 25th Anniversary Bobblehead ticket will receive a Marian Gaborik bobblehead and have the opportunity to get an autographs from Bouchard, Gaborik, Rolston or Veilleux at a special pre-game signing. The Wild need all the good luck they can get as they’ve started the season dropping seven of their first 10 and have won just once in their last seven. Tonight they’ll host the Winnipeg Jets for game three of a six game homestand. Puck drops at 7 P-M from Grand Casino Arena.
Marian Gaborik, still the Wild franchise leader in goals with 219 – including the first goal in Wild history – and was also the teams first ever draft pick in 2000. Sunday he caught up with MNN’s Kevin Falness on the Minnesota Wild Radio Network to preview his return back for Tuesday night:
