(St. Paul, MN) — The St. Louis Blues jumped out to an early lead and held on for a 4-2 win over the Minnesota Wild in St. Paul last night. St. Louis scored two goals in the first period and another in the second frame, resulting in Minnesota goalie Devan Dubnyk being replaced by Darcy Kuemper. The Wild rallied in the third to make it 3-2, but St. Louis closed out the game with an empty-net goal by Robby Fabbri. The win was the third in a row for the Blues, while the loss ended a four-game winning streak for the Wild. Minnesota is now off until a Thursday game at home against Edmonton.
