(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Wild used Tuesday as a travel day and will take today off as they recuperate from a long four game road trip. The Wild went 2-2-0 on the trip winning in Edmonton and Seattle but falling short in Calgary and Vancouver. The injury situation continues to pester the club as Mats Zuccarello was injured in the win in Seattle on Monday night. He took a hit up high late in the first period and did not return to the game. Matt Boldy and Jake Middleton were also banged up which is troubling for a team already without Marco Rossi, Marcus Foligno and Vinnie Hinostroza. The Wild open up a four game homestand on Thursday night as they host Dallas followed by games against Ottawa, Boston and Washington.
