Kahkonen has won seven straight starts.  Kevin Fiala scored the eventual winner midway through the first period and Kahkonen shut the door the rest of the way for his first career shutout. Jonas Brodin finished the scoring into an empty net late in regulation. The win improves the Wild to 8-2-1 in their last 11 games as they won their fourth straight on home ice. Marc-Andre Fleury made 20 saves for the Golden Knights as they saw their six game win streak come to an end. The two teams meet at Xcel Energy Center tomorrow night for the rematch at 6 P-M.
