The Minnesota State Patrol is looking for possible witnesses to a fatal crash on Saturday that killed a 19-month old boy on Highway 23 at County Road 71 in Stearns County. The crash happened just after 2:30 and involved a 2016 Dodge Caravan and a 2016 Volvo tractor truck. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact Sgt. Aaron Dix at 320-223-6672.
