(Boston, MA) — Boston’s Kelly Olynyk (oh-LIN-ick) led six players in double figures with 19 points as the Celtics cruised past the Minnesota Timberwolves last night in Boston, 113-99. Andrew Wiggins netted 26 points and Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 25 to go with 16 boards for Minnesota, which had won its previous two. Minnesota’s Kevin Garnett did not play in the game despite chants from Celtics’ fans wanting him to play. The former Celtic sat out the game because the aging veteran does not play the second game of back-to-backs. Minnesota had played in Brooklyn the previous day. The Wolves host the Spurs tomorrow.
