MARCH 18, 2026

Timberwolves Notes
Player Notes
• Ayo Dosunmu led the way for Wolves tonight with a team-high 23 points on 7-of-13 shooting, including 3-of-5 from three, a season-high nine rebounds, six assists and three steals, becoming just the 12th player in franchise history to record such a stat line and the first since Anthony Edwards on Nov. 24, 2021 vs. Miami.

• Tonight marked the fourth time in Dosunmu’s career he strung together consecutive games with 20+ points and the first time doing so in a Timberwolves’ uniform.

• Rudy Gobert added 21 points on 9-of-12 shooting, a game-high 12 rebounds and a game-high two blocks, marking his fourth 20+ point/10+ rebound game of the season (105th career) and his 18th double-double with multiple blocks this season (337th career). His 337 career games with 10+ points/10+ rebounds/2+ blocks are the 12th most in NBA history and the most among all NBA players since he entered the league in the 2013 NBA Draft.

• Gobert has now recorded 763 rebounds this season, his eighth consecutive season with at least 750 rebounds, the longest active streak in the NBA. Four of those have been with Minnesota, tying him for the second-longest streak by a Timberwolves player all-time (Kevin Garnett – eight, Karl-Anthony Towns – four).

• Julius Randle added 21 points on 7-of-10 shooting, and game-high eight assists and a game-high four steals, marking his 19th game this season with 20+ points and 5+ assists (159th career) and his fourth such game with multiple steals (36th career).

• In the first quarter of tonight’s game, Randle recorded 13 points, four assists and all four of his steals. Randle becomes the first player in the NBA since the 1996-97 season to record 13+ points/4+ assists/4+ steals in a first quarter and only the fifth player in the NBA during that span to do so in any quarter.

• Randle recorded his 15,000th career point in tonight’s matchup (now at 15,004), becoming just the 30th active player in the NBA to reach the 15,000-point milestone. Five of the 29 other players have also spent time in a Timberwolves jersey (Mike Conley, Jimmy Butler, Karl-Anthony Towns, Kevin Love and Andrew Wiggins).

Team Notes
• Following tonight’s win, the Timberwolves have won six consecutive home games against the Jazz, their longest home win streak against Utah in series history and their second-longest active streak versus any opponent (San Antonio Spurs – seven, Portland Trail Blazers – five).

• In what was their 70th game of the season, Minnesota won their 43rd game of the season, moving to 43-27 (.614), marking its fourth-best 70-game start in franchise history.
