Player Notes
• Julius Randle notched his fifth double-double of the season (274th career), finishing with 19 points on 6-of-15 shooting and a game-and-season-high 13 rebounds. Randle added a season-high-tying seven assists on the night, marking his first 10+ point/10+ rebound/5+ assist game of the season (106th career) and his first since doing so on Jan. 20, 2024 (New York vs. Toronto).
• With his fifth assist of the evening, Randle tallied his 2,500th career dime, becoming the fifth Wolves player to reach 2,500 career assists while on the team, joining Ricky Rubio, D’Angelo Russel, Luke Ridnour and Kevin Garnett.
• In 28:48 minutes of action off the bench, Naz Reid led the Wolves in scoring, ending tonight’s game with a team-high 23 points on 10-of-19 from the field, marking his third 20+ point game of the season (32nd career). Tonight marked Reid’s 18th career game with 20+ points off the bench, breaking a tie with Tony Campbell for the third-most 20+ point games off the bench in Timberwolves franchise history.

• Led by Randle’s team-high seven assists, the Timberwolves dished out 31 assists on the night, the seventh time this season with 30 or more dimes in a game. The Wolves fall to 5-2 on the year when doing so.
• Minnesota reserves ended the night with 50 points led by Reid’s 23 points, the fifth time this season the Wolves bench has scored 50 or more points.
• The Timberwolves forced 23 Atlanta turnovers tonight, the 10th time this season forcing 20+ opponent turnovers. Minnesota converted those 23 turnovers into 22 points, the 13th time this season ending a game with 20+ points off turnovers.
• Minnesota finished the first half of tonight’s game with zero free throws attempted, marking the first time the Wolves did not attempt a free throw in the first half of a game since April 14, 2006 at Indiana.
