• In 19:51 off the bench, Naz Reid tallied a team-high 23 points on 9-of-15 shooting, including 2-of-3 from deep. Tonight accounted for his third 20+ point game of the season (fourth career) and second in the lastthree games.

• Malik Beasley scored 21 points tonight, including 15 in the fourth quarter and five rebounds, good for his 14th 20+ point game of the season. Tonight marked the second straight game Beasley has scored 15+ points in the fourth quarter.

• Jaden McDaniels swatted away a game-high and career-high four blocks. He has added 10 points, three rebounds and three assists. He became the first rookie to tally 4+ blocks off of the bench since Nikola Peković had four on Dec. 11, 2010 at Chicago.

• McDaniels joins Kevin Garnett, Felton Spencer (3 times), Loren Woods, Luc Longley (twice), Donyell Marshall (twice) and Nikola Peković as one of seven Timberwolves rookies to have at least four blocks off the bench.

• In Ricky Rubio’s eighth start of the season, he dished out a game-high 10 assists, his third double-digit assist game of the season (177th career) and the 16th time he’s led the Timberwolves in assists this season.

• Josh Okogie tallied 10 points and six rebounds, good enough for his fourth double-digit scoring effort of the season and his 24th career 10+ point/5+ rebound game.

Team Notes
• The Timberwolves connected on 15 shots from deep, marking their ninth-straight game with 10+ threes and 20th of the season.

• Minnesota outscored the Clippers in the paint tonight 52-44, the 13th time eclipsing 50+ points in the paint.

• Timberwolves reserves outscored Los Angeles’ reserves 47-44. Minnesota ranks tied for second in the NBA in bench scoring (41.8 ppg).

Clippers Notes

• Kawhi Leonard led the way for the Clippers tonight, scoring a game-high and season-high 36 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. He tallied his seventh 30+ point game of the season.
