(Dallas, TX) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are hoping to start a winning streak when they visit the Dallas Mavericks tonight for a 7:30 P-M game. The Wolves snapped a five-game losing streak with a 108-83 home win over Golden State moving to 28-19 on the season. Minnesota center Rudy Gobert (go-BARE) registered a 15-point, 17-rebound double-double in the win. The 19-27 Mavericks are coming off of a Saturday home loss to the Los Angeles Lakers 116-110. Dallas had strung together a four-game winning streak prior to the Saturday setback. The Mavs were supposed to play at Milwaukee on Sunday, but that game was postponed due to the winter storm blowing through the country.
