Wolves lose at home to Nuggets

(Minneapolis, MN) — Denver’s Michael Porter Junior registered a double-double off the bench as the Nuggets trimmed the Minnesota Timberwolves 107-100 last night in Minneapolis. Porter posted 20 points and 14 rebounds for Denver, which won its 30th game of the season. Nikola Jokic delivered 17 points, 13 rebounds and five assists in the win. Karl-Anthony Towns led Minnesota with 28 points and eight rebounds. Josh Okogie added 16 off the bench as the Timberwolves lost their sixth straight game. Minnesota is now 15-28 on the year and will visit Chicago tomorrow night.
