Wolves lose key game in Denver

Nikola Jokic’s tip in with 4.3 seconds left clinched a huge 100-96 win over the Timberwolves at the Pepsi Center.  Jokic finished with 16 points, 14 rebounds and nine assists as Denver pulled into a tie with Minnesota for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.  The T’wolves have the tiebreaker for the two 44-and-35 teams.  They play again to close the season in Minnesota on April 11th.  The T’wolves were outscored 8-to-3 in the final 1:46 after Karl-Anthony Towns fouled out.  “KAT” had 26 points and 13 rebounds in the loss.
