Timberwolves Notes
Player Notes
• Julius Randle led the way for the Timberwolves tonight, finishing with 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. Tonight marked Randle’s third straight game with 20+ points and 39th of the season (370th career). With his two steals tonight, he had his 22nd game with multiple steals this season, his most in a single season of his career. Randle’s next most such outings in a season for his career is 16 which he did in 2020-21.
• In 30:09 minutes of action off the bench, Bones Hyland ended tonight’s game with a team-high-tying 21 points on 7-of-14 from the field, including a season-high-tying 5-of-9 from three and five rebounds. Tonight’s performance marked Hyland’s sixth 20+ point game of the season (24th career) and second 20+ point/5+ rebound game of the season (ninth career).
• Hyland scored 14 of his 21 points in the season quarter of tonight’s game against the Sixers, tied for his second-most points scored in any quarter in his career (15, first quarter on April 10, 2024 vs. Phoenix).
• Naz Reid added 12 points, seven rebounds and two blocks in 28:39 minutes of action off the bench against Philadelphia. With his two blocks tonight, Reid becomes the first player in NBA history to have 150+ made threes and 75+ blocks off the bench in a single season (currently at 156 3PM and 75 blocks).
• Reid had both of his blocks in the first quarter tonight, becoming the first Wolves’ bench player with 2+ blocks in the first quarter of a game since he himself did so on Dec. 31, 2024 against Oklahoma City.
• With his first rebound of the night, Reid (currently at 460 rebounds off the bench) broke a tie with Eddie Griffin (453 rebounds in 2004-05) for the most rebounds off the bench in a single season in Timberwolves history.

Team Notes
• Led by Kyle Anderson’s team-high five assists against the Sixers, the Timberwolves had five players with multiple assists, the 73rd time that Minnesota has 5+ players with multiple assists. Only the Atlanta Hawks (75 such games) have more such games this season.
• The Wolves’ bench has scored 25 points in the second quarter of tonight’s game, tied for their most points scored in any non-fourth quarter this season (25 points in the second quarter on Nov. 19, 2025 vs. Washington).
