• Tonight, DiVincenzo shot 4-of-7 from beyond the arc in the second half, marking his fifth game this season with four or more made three-pointers in a half (41st career).

• Naz Reid led all reserves tonight, finishing with 17 points on 7-of-18 shooting, including 3-of-7 from three, 11 rebounds, and two steals, marking his fourth 15+ point/10+ rebound game of the season (24th career) and his third performance this year with 15+ points, 10 or more rebounds and multiple steals (eighth career).

• Reid notched his fifth double-double of the season (32nd career) tonight, tied with Moussa Diabaté (Charlotte Hornets) for the most double-doubles off the bench in the NBA this year.

• DiVincenzo (5-of-12 from three) and Reid (3-of-7 from three) have now each made three or more three-pointers in the same game in 14 contests this season. This is the second-most such games by any NBA duo this season (Phoenix Suns – Collin Gillespie and Royce O’Neale: 18 games).

• Gobert has now totaled 12+ rebounds in every game since Jan. 1, a streak that has now reached six games. He is just the third player in Timberwolves history to string together qualifying performances in the first six games of the calendar year.

Longest Streaks of 12+ Rebound Games after Jan. 1 (Franchise History)

Team Notes
• With tonight’s victory, the Timberwolves have now won five straight games against the Spurs, their longest win streak against San Antonio in series history. Minnesota has an .818 winning percentage (9-2) against the Spurs since the start of the 2023 calendar year, its fourth-best win percentage against any opponent over that span.

• Minnesota was down by as many as 19 points with 7:11 minutes remaining in the third quarter. After storming back to a win tonight, the Wolves have claimed their largest comeback victory of the season and their fourth 15+ point comeback this season, tied with the Orlando Magic for the most such wins in the NBA.

• Tonight marks the Wolves’ 26th win this season, the fourth-most wins through the first 40 games of a season in franchise history. This is just the fourth time the Timberwolves have won more than 25 games in the first 40 contests of a season.

Most Wins in the First 40 Games of the Season (Franchise History)
1. 2001-02: 30 Wins
2. 2023-24: 29 Wins
3. 2003-04: 28 Wins
4. 2025-26: 26 Wins

• After starting tonight’s contest down 0-16, Minnesota is the first team in the NBA to go down by at least 16 unanswered points and win the game since the LA Clippers did so on Jan. 21, 2024 against the Brooklyn Nets. The Timberwolves have not done this since 1997-98, when such statistical tracking began.
