The Minnesota Timberwolves announced the team has acquired cash considerations as part of a multi-team deal with the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons. The Timberwolves will send guard Mike Conley to the Bulls and a protected future first round pick swap to the Pistons in the deal.

Conley appeared in 215 games (173 starts) for the Timberwolves, averaging 9.2 points on 42.4% shooting, 2.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game. He played in 35 playoff games (all starts) for the Wolves, averaging 9.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game. Conley holds career averages of 13.7 points on 43.7% shooting, 2.9 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game in 1,216 contests (1,137 starts) with the Memphis Grizzlies, Utah Jazz and Timberwolves.
