Player Notes
• Julius Randle led the Timberwolves to a win tonight with a game-high 32 points, on 11-of-19 shooting, 10 rebounds and a team-high-tying six assists, marking his fifth 30+ point game of the season (90th career). Tonight’s performance marks Randle’s fourth double-double of the season (286th career) and his first 30+ point/10+ rebound outing of the year (43rd career).

• Tonight marks Randle’s first 30+ point/10+ rebound/5+ assist game of the season (22nd career) and his second since joining the Timberwolves (31 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists on April 10, 2025 at Memphis).

• In 27:19 minutes off the bench, Naz Reid finished with a season-high 28 points on 11-of-21 shooting, including a season-high 5-of-10 from three, five rebounds and two steals, marking his first 25+ point game of the season (17th career) and his first time doing so since Feb. 28, 2025 in Utah.

• Tonight also marked Reid’s first game this season with 25+ points/5+ rebounds (18th career) and his eighth such career game as a reserve. This extends Reid’s lead for the most qualifying games in Timberwolves history.

• Of Reid’s 28 points, 23 of them were scored in the first half, matching his career-high in a half, a feat he last achieved in the first half of the April 7, 2024 matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.

• Reid is currently on a three-game streak of scoring 15+ points in the first half, the longest such streak for a reserve player in franchise history since play-by-play tracking began in 1997-98.

• Donte DiVincenzo logged 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting, with all four field goals coming from beyond the arc, five rebounds, and a team-high-tying six assists. This marks his third 10+ point/5+ rebound/5+ assist game of the season (28th career). With a 4-of-6 (66.7%) shooting record from deep tonight, DiVincenzo has surpassed at least 65.0% from three on 5+ attempts for the first time this season (16th career).

• Rudy Gobert closed tonight’s game with nine points on 4-of-5 shooting and a game-high 15 rebounds, marking his third 15+ rebound outing of the season (233rd career). The Wolves move to 5-0 this season when Gobert leads all players in boards.

• With tonight’s victory, the Timberwolves move to 10-5 on the season, reaching 10 wins in the first 15 games of the season for the third time in the last 20 seasons and the second time in Chris Finch era (11-4 in 2023-24). This marks the sixth time overall in team history the Wolves have won at least 10 games through the first 15 games of a season.

• Minnesota has now scored 110+ points in 15 consecutive games to begin the season, the longest such streak in the NBA this season. The Wolves now own longest qualifying stretch of games to start a season in the NBA since 2000-01.

Minnesota is the only team that has achieved this feat more than four times and remained undefeated in those games this season.

• The Wolves scored 56 of their 120 points in the paint tonight, marking their eighth game recording 55+ points in the paint this year. Minnesota is tied with second-most such games this season.
