The owner of an in-home daycare in Minneapolis has been charged with attempted murder for hanging a 16-month-old boy from the basement ceiling, plus other counts for injuring two other people as she fled. Investigators say 42-year-old Nataliia Karia told another parent dropping off a child Friday morning that she couldn’t take it anymore and to come see what she had done. The man rescued the child and when police were notified, Karia left the scene, hit another car and dragged the driver for 10 blocks, then hit a bicyclist.
