A 62 year old woman was hit and killed by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon on London Road in Duluth. According to Duluth Police, the vehicle was driven by a 49 year old woman and an investigation of the incident is underway. Police believe the driver was impaired and is now in custody awaiting charges of Criminal Vehicular Homicide. Authorities have not released the name of the victim.
