Police say a man with a concealed-carry permit shot and killed a would-be robber Monday night on a street in the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Park. The Star Tribune quotes Deputy Police Chief Mark Bruley who said the person targeted by the robber has “a valid permit to carry a handgun” and was not arrested. Officers recovered both guns at the scene and continue to investigate.
