(Minneapolis, MN) — The Astros are one win away from advancing to the ALCS. Houston crushed the Twins 9-1 in Minneapolis to take a 2-1 lead in the American League Division Series. Jose Abreu crushed a three-run homer as part of a four-run first inning and followed up with a two-run blast in the ninth to seal the win. Alex Bregman and Yordan Alvarez also went yard for the ‘Stros, who combined for 14 hits in the game. Cristian Javier earned the win after striking out nine batters and giving up just one hit over five scoreless innings. Sonny Gray got the loss for Minnesota after surrendering four earned runs on eight hits over four innings. Willi Castro drove in the lone run for the Twins, who will try to stay alive in Game Four of the best-of-five series on Wednesday night.  Joe Ryan will take the mound for a 6:07 P-M first pitch from Target Field.
