(Houston, TX) — Royce Lewis returned to the line up in a big way as the Twins beat the Astros 7-5 in 10 innings. Lewis hit a homer and had four R-B-I in the win, his season debut after returning from a torn A-C-L in his right knee exactly one year ago. Lewis, the first overall pick by the Twins in 2017, played just 12 games last season before his season came to a terrible end. It was the second time in two years he suffered the exact same injury. Ryan Jeffers also contributed with a two run shot in the 10th inning to help seal the win. Game two of the three game series is tonight at Minute Maid Park with the first pitch slated for 7:10 P-M.
