(Minneapolis, MN) — Anthony Edwards scored 34 points as the Timberwolves beat the Spurs 114-105 despite missing All-Star Karl Anthony Towns. Towns missed the game due to personal reasons but saluted a high school teammate on Instagram earlier in the day. Rudy Gobert returned to the line up though and added 13 points and 17 rebounds. First round pick Victor Wenbanyama had 17 points and 13 rebounds but it was the T-Wolves that got the win as they’ve come away with victories in two of three games since the All Star break. The homestand continues tonight as they host the Grizzlies at 7 P-M from Target Center.
