The Minnesota Twins announced that they have reinstated right-handed pitcher Jorge López from the 15-day Injured List.

López, who missed the last 17 games with mental health, has appeared in 29 games for the Twins this season, going 2-2 with a 5.00 ERA (27.0 IP, 15 ER), three saves, six holds, 10 walks and 22 strikeouts.

To make room for López on the 26-man roster, the Twins have optioned left-handed pitcher Brent Headrick to Triple-A St. Paul. Headrick has made eight appearances across two stints with the Twins this season, going 2-0 with a 5.40 ERA (15.0 IP, 9 ER), one save, seven walks and 18 strikeouts.
