Approximately 50 Minnesota Vikings players and coaches will reveal their shoes supporting causes and charitable efforts about which they are passionate through the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats initiative when the team visits the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, December 10. Since 2016, My Cause My Cleats has provided a platform for players to express their commitment to causes of their choice on game day. The 2023 player-led campaign will help fans learn more about the NFL players behind the helmets, the issues they stand for beyond football and the work they are doing to support these causes to ultimately foster a greater sense of community between fans and players around a shared passion for social issues.
Players can raise funds for their cause through auctioning their cleats on NFL Auction. All of the funds raised will be donated to the charity of their choice. Additionally, fans can bid on player cleats at NFL.com/Auction to help raise funds for the causes nearest to their hearts. To learn more about each player’s cause, visit www.nfl.com/mycausemycleats.
